Who we are

FlowLinQ AI Automation ("FlowLinQ," "we," "us") provides workflow automation consulting and implementation services for B2B teams. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you visit our website or contact us through it. For any privacy-related inquiries, you may reach us through our contact form or at the email address provided during engagement.

Information we collect

We collect only the information you provide directly through our contact form:

  • First name
  • Work email address
  • Company name or website
  • Area of service interest
  • Tools your team uses (optional)
  • Description of your workflow or challenge

We store a local preference to remember your cookie choice. Until you opt in, we do not load Google Tag Manager or optional analytics tags. If you accept analytics, Google Tag Manager may set cookies and process technical and usage information according to the tags configured in our container. You can change or withdraw that choice at any time through the Cookie preferences link in the footer.

After you accept analytics, we may temporarily store first-touch campaign parameters, advertising click identifiers, the landing page, and the referring page in session storage. If you submit the contact form, those attribution details and the submission page may be included with your request so we can understand which campaigns generate inquiries. Session storage is cleared when the browser session ends.

If you use our AI chatbot, we process the messages you submit and a technical session identifier needed to provide the conversation. Please do not submit sensitive or confidential information through the chatbot.

How we use your information

We use your submitted information exclusively to:

  • Respond to your inquiry within one business day
  • Evaluate automation opportunities relevant to your request
  • Communicate about services directly related to your inquiry
  • Provide and secure the website chatbot experience

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services

Google Tag Manager
If you accept analytics, we load Google Tag Manager to manage the optional analytics tags used on the Site. Google Tag Manager is not loaded when you decline analytics. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.

Contact form submissions are securely routed through n8n Cloud (n8n.io), stored in a restricted Google Sheet, and delivered through our transactional email provider so we can acknowledge and respond to your request. These providers process your name, email address, company, service interest, message, and any consented campaign attribution included with the submission only as necessary to provide and measure this service.

Our website is hosted on Vercel (vercel.com). Vercel may process standard server logs (IP address, request timestamps) as part of hosting operations. Vercel's privacy policy is available at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Automation and AI providers
Chatbot messages may be processed through n8n Cloud to route the request and through OpenAI to generate a response. These providers process information as necessary to provide their services. Do not use the chatbot to submit sensitive or confidential information.

Data retention

We retain contact form submissions for the duration of the business relationship plus 12 months after last communication. If we do not engage in a project, we delete your information within 6 months of your last contact. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your personal information
  • Withdraw consent for processing
  • Receive your data in a portable format

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email address below. We will respond within 30 days.

Applicable Privacy Frameworks

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know, delete, and opt out of the sale of personal information. FlowLinQ does not sell personal information to third parties.

Data security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS), rate-limited form submissions, and input validation. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected individuals and relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

Children

Our services are intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 16 years of age.
